Allow me to introduce you to our Calgary GM, Brenda Bressler. Brenda first joined T-R back in 2006, as the Receptionist. She took a short break from the industry in 2011 but then got pulled back in 4 years later. Brenda now oversees a staff of 20 employees, along with doing sales, plus coordinating and assisting with any challenges that arise daily.

Working at T-R

Brenda’s favourite aspects of life at T-R are the interactions with clients and her staff team. She also enjoys rising to the challenge of coming up with solutions to any problems that arise. And, with each unique move producing its own set of challenges, you’ll understand that this problem-solving attitude is incredibly valuable.

Career path

If Brenda had to choose a different industry to work in, she would probably choose to head back to auto claims adjusting, which is another sector she’s had experience in. Her best takeaway from her career? “You can be successful even in the most trying of times.” Those are encouraging words, these days especially.

Outside of T-R?

Brenda enjoys reading, cross-stitch, and being with family and friends. If she could go anywhere in the world, she would choose anywhere that a cruise ship could take her.
